Sue Minarchi has been Executive Director of Family Promise of Southern Chester County since its founding in 2015.
Sue's executive experience in the nonprofit sector includes over 10 years as president of the board of directors of the Christian C. Sanderson Museum in Chadds Ford. Her business career includes 15 years at DePuy Synthes Companies, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson. Sue held a variety of roles at DePuy, including leading project teams involved in the design, marketing, and manufacturing of orthopedic medical devices. Prior to J&J, Sue led the marketing efforts for five office product lines at Ricoh Corporation for 13 years.
