Eden Ratliff is the newly appointed Township Manager of Kennett Township, PA. As an Eagle Scout and accomplished public servant, he has dedicated his professional career to improving municipal governments to efficiently deliver public services while meeting the needs and strategic vision of a community.
 
The opportunity to rebuild police departments focused on proactive engagement and community policing are just some of the examples of how Eden has has met community needs through innovative management. He is passionate about public utilities as public goods including water, wastewater, and stormwater. In September Eden testified in front of the Senate Environmental Resources and Energy Committee to advocate for Commonwealth citizens who face increasing costs relative to stormwater management.
 
Eden is a Chester County native and holds a bachelors in Political Science, a masters in Employment and Labor Relations, and is wrapping up a masters in Public Management. Eden looks forward to talking about his strategic vision for the community and the community’s role in accomplishing that vision.
